The EngravingMusic Forum was launched for professional music engravers to exchange ideas and techniques, discuss problems and solutions, announce jobs and products, and basically help each other out.

It is not devoted to a particular software, hardware, customer, country or market. Its is focused in the art of music engraving.

It was launched and is currently administrated by Alain Van Kerckhoven since 3rd May 2000 as a mailing list, and became a forum in July 2005.
